Vitt formbröd

Ingredienser:

½ pkt jäst
2 ½ dl mjölk
1 tsk salt
½ dl olivolja
2 msk honung
1 msk chiafrön
1 tsk fiberhusk
ca 5-7 dl glutenfritt mjöl

Gör så här:

Smula jästen i en bunke. Värm mjölken till 37 grader och häll det sedan över jästen och rör om tills det löses upp. Häll i salt, olja, fiberhusk, ciafrön och honung. Rör om.
Häll i mjölet, lite i taget. Låt degen köra i ca 5 minuter i kökmaskinen. Degen är inte riktigt som en vanlig mjöldeg utan är lite kladdigare. Ta en brödform och lägg i bakplåtspapper. Tryck ut degen i formen. Låt jäsa under bakduk i ca 45-60 min.

Grädda brödet på 200 grader i 25 minuter. KLART!
