Tortilla pizza

Gårdagen blev en riktigt slitsam dag. Jag har de senaste måndagar känt mig trött och konstig utan någon direkt anledning och vet inte var det är för mörker kring måndagar. Men det måste få en ändring snarast!

I vilket fall så rundades min kväll av riktigt bra. Härliga nyheter från BD Diabetes Care och PIZZA! Dagen slutades alltså riktigt bra!

Det jag tog var glutenfri tortilla, på med olja, potatis hyvlad på mandolin, pesto, skivad chevreost, lite vitlök, salt och peppar! In i ugnen i 15 minuter. KLART. Lätt som en plätt och super gott. Ibland behövs det inte mer ”styr” i köket, vilket jag gillar!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
