Spännande vecka

Veckan är i full fart och just nu är jag på väg mor Södertälje för att möta upp min kollega. Vi ska åka till Hillerstorp idag. 

Något som kommer ske denna vecka (eller inte ske) är några bravader. Allt fokus kommer ligga på att ladda inför nästa vecka. Om exakt en vecka vaknar jag upp i Amsterdam för att göra min hittills största framträdande. Jag åker dit tillsammans med BD (ni vet de som bland annat tillverkar kanyler) för att prata om diabetes, injektionsteknik och såklart mitt liv. 

Det känns så otroligt roligt och jag är så glad då det här är något som jag verkligen älskar att göra men jag kan inte undgå att jag har lite nerver nu som spökar. 

Ska senare ikväll när jag är tillbaka i stockholm igen installera CareLink så även ni kanske kan få se mina värden nu med pumpen! Om jag vågar haha!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

AMRAP
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
