Jag kom tillbaka till Stockholm igår igen. Jag tror jag låg efter så satans mycket i sömn så somnade faktiskt tidigt igår och vaknade sent idag. 

Så, jag har enbart tagit det lugnt och ja, en sväng på stan också 😉

Det är många som undrar hur det går med pumpen och jag har svårt att svara då jag själv lär mig så mycket om hur min jag ska reagera och vara i min vardag med pumpen och de alarm som kommer. Men en sak är säker är att blodsocker sjunker under shopping MEN pumpen stannar innan jag blir för låg och kan shoppa vidare utan att behöva fundera på vart närmsta affär ligger ! Det om något är jäkligt härligt!

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
