Sömnlös natt

Nä. 

Pumpen vägrade att hitta min sensor vid kalibrering och nu har jag precis bytt sensor. Tänk att dessa helt fantastiska apparater med teknik som underlättar livet som diabetiker kan ställa till det så ofantligt. 

Jag ser verkligen inte fram emot en natt med detta nu. Uppvärmningen är klar vid 01 tiden. Ser inte heller fram emot i morgon. Jag lär vara trött som tusan och det är så opassande då det är fullt schema. Jag måste vara pigg.

Ska försöka sova nu innan första kalibreringen! 

Brukar ni vara med om detta?

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
