Som sig bör

Hur mår mina vänner? Jag mår utmärkt och det känns så bra. Sitter just nu och väntar på att maten ska bli klar och det är märkligt hur ljuset får en att tro att det är klockan inte är så mycket… håller ni med? 

Även dagens kurva får ni se och kan ju påpeka att bara för att jag inte visar mitt blodsocker varje dag innebär det inte att det är ”skit”. 

Helgen ska bli lika varm och härlig och bokade precis in en natt på sjön! Äntligen! Slippa få kli i fingrarna i min lägenhet, även om jag älskar den! 

Nu är maten redo och jag likaså!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
