Nu när jag försöker att komma på, eller mer försöka lindra magen (vad nu allt det betyder) har jag börjat ha mjölk i kaffet. Eller det är inte mjölk, det är soja mjölk som är så jädrans god att ha i kaffet. Men jag ska vara helt ärlig med er. Det slinker ner en riktigt svart kaffe på morgonkvisten. Det är liksom ett måste. Men sen när dagen rullar på så gör jag alltså denna kaffe-variant!
Idag lyser solen och jag firar med en ny färg på mina mjukisbyxor, gröna är dom. Matchar mina naglar! De är ganska fula (väldigt fula och vet inte varför jag en gång köpte dom) men fungerar alldeles utmärkt när man lunkar på här hemma!

It usually doesn`t affect me, because I know my body and I know my diabetes.
But out of nowhere came the thought "Should it be like this for the rest of my life".
Should I always have to hear the alarms that come from time to time, should I always have to think about what I eat, should I always have to walk around with sugar in my purse
Today, I`m tired of this. I`m fine, just thought that I would share this with you ❤️...
I want to talk about something that might give some perspective.
The only thing we know is what is in front of us right now. That is why it is so important to never take our time for granted and to focus on life here and now.
And also remind ourself what a blessing it is to actually live and wake up to a new day 💕
