Njuren, blåbär och livet

Fick ett samtal igår av min helt underbara urologläkare. Träffade henne som hastigast i onsdags då min sköterska behövde en ”second opinion”. Hon visste alltså ingenting om vem jag var och min bakrund. Deltog henne 30 sekunder att läsa igenom min journal och sen blev hon den bästa läkare jag haft.

Hon berättade om vad ”stoppet” är i min njure ut till urinblåsan och det kommer förmodligen bli en titthålsoperation för att ”plocka” bort det kärl som är i vägen.

Skönt. Något annat som är skönt är känslan att inte ha något i vägen längre. Tog min första springtur idag och det var så härligt. Kom hem, bryggde kaffe och åt blåbären som plockade igår med mjölk. Hej Livet. Jag kommer tillbaka!

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
