Mot Östergötland

Dagen är här. Det snöar ute och är ganska så kallt. Men helt fantastiskt. Något som kanske bli mindre fantastiskt är trafiken. Vi åker idag hem till Norrköping och jag hoppas att det blir en lättsam resa ner. Oavsett så ska det bli så skönt att lämna Stockholm och bara checka ut ett tag. 

Familjen är bäst helt enkelt. 

Pumpen? Dra mig baklänges vad bra det går. Mina kurvor har nog aldrig varit så här bra. Jag sover bättre, äter mindre dextrosol och kan bara ”njuta” av nuet. Det första jag tänker på när jag vaknar på morgonen har alltid varit att kolla blodsockret. Nu? Jag ligger kvar, kan fokusera på hur jag faktiskt mår och hur jag vill ha min morgon. Sen kan jag titta på pumpen och blodsockret!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
