Middag med BD Diabetes Care

Jag vet att maten inte ser så mycket ut för ögat. Och sanningen var den att den ser lika god ut som den smakade. Alltså noll smaker. 

MEN! Kajsa som jag träffade gjorde det hela till några helt fantastiska timmar. Vi pratade om bland annat injektionsteknik för de som använder sig av pennor och kanyler (ni minns väl BD eventet jag var på) och hur framtiden ser ur. 

Så himla spännande och jag fick en otrolig energi kick av vårt samtal och av henne. Tänk att en person kan ge en så mycket! Nu är hjärnan i högvarv och jag ska försöka varva ner nu för att ladda uppbinder morgondagen. Så mycket spännande på gång nu, jag är så exalterad!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
