Juldagen

Juldagen brukar alltid vara den så kallade ”hemvändardagen”. Jag har som erfarenhet att just juldagen brukar vara en väldigt ostrukturerad kväll och inte lika rolig som man förväntat sig. Jag beslutade därför att bara ta en lugn hemmadag/kväll vilket i slutet kändes som en mycket bra idé!

Ska inte hymla om att jag var redigt uttråkad vissa stunder men det räddades upp med ett gammalt TP för barn, någon som känner igen det orangea spelet?, och bio, mordet på orientexpressen.

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
