Havregrynsgröt

Jag blev totalt chockerad när jag vaknade och såg att min balle var totalt nedsnöad. Det kändes som ett bakslag deluxe och jag som tänkte att min fredag kanske kanske kanske skulle spenderas på en uteservering med värmelampor och ett glas av något slag.

När lägenheten kändes kall samt jag själv (i själ och hjärta) gjorde jag lite varm gröt! Så jäkla längesen.

Min sojamjölk körde jag i min Nespressomaskin så jag fick lite skum också

På med lite hallon och så var frullen redo!

Nu när jag skriver det här lyser faktiskt solen så det känns lite bättre. Ska jobba undan inför helgen och sen ska jag träffa min bästis (som är gravid) och det ska bli så mysigt!

Nu blir det jobb och kaffe nr 2

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
