Guldtuben 2018

Hur galet att jag sprang på Adam , en stor inspiration, helt plötsligt på söder. Det var tajt om tid så fick bli ett snabbt foto då vi var tvinga att rusa till Annexet! 

Efter att galan var slut var jag såklart tvungen att ta ett kort haha! 

Mina donnor! 

Jag fick en biljett igår morse till guldtuben som skulle börja vid 19-tiden. Spontant tackade jag ja, såklart, och det gjorde jag rätt i trots att det blev en lördag mer eller mindre på stan för att hitta något att ta på mig. Blått är ju minsann flott! 

Det blev en tidig kväll för oss så efterfesten inte riktigt var min typ av fest och jag åkte hem lycklig och glad, med ett högt blodsocker då det enbart serverades drinkar. Hur kan man ha enbart en bar som ”bara” serverar två olika drinkar? Suck. Tacka vet jag bubblor eller vin!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
