This bread became so incredibly good and as the bread lover I am, I sometimes need to vary the flavors and the texture of the bread.

Ingredients:

4 cup oatmeal (gluten-free)
2 dl pofiber
2 1/2 carrot
2 1/2 cup egg white
about 1 cup of water
2 teaspoons bicarbonate
Salt
Cinnamon
Cardamom

Do this:

Put the oven at 180 degrees. Mix the oatmeal nicely to make it flour. Then mix the remaining ingredients and check the amount of water carefully as it may vary. I seasoned my bread with cinnamon and cardamom since I love these spices you can replace it with tastes that you like! Pour dough into a bread mold with baking paper and let it remain in the oven for 60 minutes!

I was invited to hear about research on type 1 diabetes (and type 2 diabetes) this weekend.

As much as half of all cases, t1, are diagnosed in adulthood, and there is a need to understand the factors that contribute to the development of type 1 diabetes in adults. The lower heritability in adults suggests that environmental factors play a greater role in the development of the disease in adults than in children. They also highlighted the need for further research to identify environmental factors that contribute to type 1 diabetes in adults.

And, of course, lots of important information on how to make transplanted beta cells survive 💙
