Glutenfri Focaccia

Jag har landat hemma i Stockholm efter ett dygn hos min älskade föräldrar och igår när jag hade lite tid fick jag världens bak-sug! Bakade bland annat detta focaccia bröd som jag fick så många frågor om! Så här nedan kommer receptet 🙂

På med oliver och rosmarin och flingsalt!

Ingredienser:1 liten burk oliver som du tycker om (gröna eller svarta, med eller utan paprika) Till exempel en burk på 140 g

4 dl vätska
1 paket semper mix (500g)
1/2 dl matolja 
25 g jäst
1 tsk salt
flingsalt
rosmarin

Gör så här:

Mät spadet från olivburken och tillsätt resterande vatten så vätskan blir totalt 4 dl.
Tillsätt sönderklippta oliver (valfri mängd) men oliver är gott så ös på!
Rör ut jästen i vätskan med oliverna
Tillsätt olja, salt och mjölmix
Rör runt med slev tills det blir en jämn smet.
Bred ut degen på bakplåtspapper i en långpanna. Ska ej gå ända ut i kanterna om du vill ha den hög, lämna därför ca 5 cm av plåten på varje sida smeten.
Strö rikligt med flingsalt och rosmarin på ytan
Låt jäsa i ca 30 min (behöver inte vara under bakduk)
Grädda i 225 grader i ca 10-15 min beroende på ugn

Doften som innfinner sig är helt magisk!
