Frukost och känd i Tyskland

Jag har tagit en så himla lugn och skön morgon. Frukost i lugn och ro med massa jordgubbar och såklart mackor som inte fick vara med på bild (haha) tillsammans med nyhetsmorgon. 

Det var en kul sommarfest igår och jag blev så stolt över mina boule-talanger. Mitt lag vann och det var en tävlingsinriktad sida som visades hos mig vilket jag inte alltid har. 

Idag är det nationaldag och det var planerat en dansfest på Mr French men vädret är ju inte strålande så det får bli en lugn dag istället. Skönt det med! 

Fick precis även en bild från en tysk tidning där jag pryder en sida! Hur coolt är inte det! Jag blir alltid så glad när jag får se att bilderna används runt om i världen. Det är lite overkligt fortfarande men så häftigt. 

Nu ska jag snart på lunch dejt!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
