Det är fredag och jag har precis haft frukostdejt på Johan&Nyström. Tanken var att vi skulle äta på Bröd och Salt men till min besvikelse så hade det glutenfria brödet tagit slut. Klockan hade inte hunnit bli 8.00. Men, det gick lika bra med fröknäcke och två rejäla koppar kaffe för att få igång alla celler och hjärnan.

Jag fick så många frågor kring armbandet som ni kan se på bilderna. De kostar 100 kr och går direkt till forskning för typ 1 diabetes. Vi (Barndiabetesfonden) säljer även dessa snygga armband när vi ställer ut med vår monter.

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
