Frihet

Sitter just nu i solen och försöker att anstränga mig till att inte trycka fel när jag skriver. Det är söndag och jag mår så bra av att ännu en helg vara ute på sjön. Det är en sån frihetskänsla! 

Eftersom det är söndag måste jag tillbaka till Stockholm och mitt tåg tillbaka går senare ikväll. Det är tur det för då hinner vi äta ännu en god sill-lunch med färskpotatis innan vi behöver brassa hem mot Norrköping. 

Hur mår ni?

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

AMRAP
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
