Flatbread

Jag äter mer än bröd till typ varenda måltid. Sån är jag liksom. Det kan vara bröd i alla möjliga olika former och jag älskar att experimentera med diverse olika mjölsorter, inspiration, smaker, kryddor you name it!

Här gjorde jag Flatbread och det blev en riktigt höjdare! Både för smakerna men även snällt för blodsockret. Vilket i sig kan vara skönt om måltiden intas sent på kvällen som det gjordes för min del igår. Inga konstiga rekyler eller diverse händelser som det faktiskt kan bli med en ”vanlig” pizza.

On this I had marinated zucchini (with lemon, OMG, just saying), tomatoes, basil, oil, feta cheese

Tomater. Herregud. Jag älskar dessa!

Topping? Ta vad du har hemma och tycker är gott!

Flatbread:

2 msk chiafrön // 2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 dl vatten // 1 dl water
2 dl mandelmjöl // 2 dl almondflour
2 msk psyllium // 2 tbsp Psyllium
1 msk rapsolja // 1 tbsp oil
salt // salt
1 dl ljummet vatten // 1 dl water
25 gram jäst // 25 grams of yeast

Blanda chiafrön med vatten. Låt svälla i 10 min. Blanda samman alla torra ingredienser. Rör ut jästen med vatten och olja. Blanda chiafröna med jästen och tillsätt de torra ingredienserna. Använd gärna elvisp och vispa smeten ca 3 minuter. Låt jäsa i 40 minuter. Sätt ugnen på 250°. Ställ en plåt i mitten.
Ta upp degen ur bunken, dela degen i 6 bitar. Kavla varje bit till tunna bröd. Använd blöta händer eller olja om degen klibbar. Lägg på bakplåtspapper.
Lägg bröden på den varma plåten. Grädda ca 5 minuter.

Ta ut bröden och lägg på valfri fyllning. Grädda ytterligare ca 5 minuter på 250°.

Mix chia seeds with water. Allow swelling for 10 min. Mix together all dry ingredients. Stir the yeast out with water and oil. Mix the chia seeds with the yeast and add the dry ingredients. Use an electric whisk and whisk the dough for about 3 minutes. Allow fermenting for 40 minutes. Set oven to 250 °. Place a plate in the middle.
Take the dough out of the bowl, divide the dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece into thin pieces of bread. Use olive oil or wet hands if the dough sticks. Load baking sheet paper.
Place the bread on the hot plate. Bake for about 5 minutes.

Take out the pieces of bread and place them on any filling. Bake for another 5 minutes at 250 °.

AMRAP
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
