Det är en ära att jag nu är en av Blue Circle Voices. Det är ett välkänt nätverk för personer med både typ 1 och typ 2 diabetes i sju regioner. Det är häftigt att jag får vara en av teamet och jag ser fram emot en härlig framtid med detta hejdundrande team av drivna diabetiker runt om i världen. It is an honor that I am one of Blue Circle Voices. It’s a network comprises individuals living with or affected by diabetes in countries across the seven regions of IDF (International Diabetes Federation.

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

AMRAP
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
