Bananbröd

Ingredienser:

2 dl mandelmjöl

2 mogna bananer

0.7 dl valfri yoghurt

3 äggvitor

2 tsk bakpulver

½ tsk bikarbonat

2 tsk kanel

Topping:

Jag strödde på lite polenta då det ger en mer ”hård” yta på brödet

Gör så här:

Sätt ugnen på 175 grader. 

Mosa bananerna i en bunke. Det gör inget att det inte blir en slät smet. 

Blanda ner resterande ingredienser och häll smeten i en brödform som är klädd i bakplåtspapper. Toppa sedan med valfria nötter/frön eller polenta som jag och grädda sedan i ca 30-40 minuter. 

Tänk på att brödet kan se klart ut tidigare. Känn med en potatissticka innan du tar ut det för att vara på den säkra sidan.

Low blood sugar

It usually doesn`t affect me, because I know my body and I know my diabetes.

But out of nowhere came the thought "Should it be like this for the rest of my life".

Should I always have to hear the alarms that come from time to time, should I always have to think about what I eat, should I always have to walk around with sugar in my purse

Today, I`m tired of this. I`m fine, just thought that I would share this with you ❤️

Focus 🥂 ...

I want to talk about something that might give some perspective.

The only thing we know is what is in front of us right now. That is why it is so important to never take our time for granted and to focus on life here and now.

And also remind ourself what a blessing it is to actually live and wake up to a new day 💕

Don`t let your diabetes become something that creates problems or obstacles that limit your life. There is so much beauty in life! I know it’s not easy everyday but just a loving reminder 💕🤍💙
