Acai bowl

Nu i eftermiddag gjorde jag ett försök när regnet hade gjort uppehåll men på väg hem öppnade sig himlen. Tur att jag hade med mig regnjackan. 

Vet inte riktigt vad jag känner inför hösten. Jag är nog minsann en värme och sol person. Gillar inte att det blir mörkare och kallare även om det kan vara mysigt osv. Tur att jag har en ljus höst att se fram emot! Det är verkligen a och o. 

Ska till affären en sväng och handla inför kvällens middag. Hör och häpna, det blir hemlagat av något slag! Haha!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
