Jag har på senaste tiden (åren) haft svårt att sova. Somnar sjukt fort när jag väl ska sova, men problemet ligger i att jag vaknar super tidigt och kan inte somna om. Oavsett vilken tid jag somnar så vaknar jag alltid tidigt. Det är något jag har lärt mig att leva med och accepterat.
Nåväl, även fast jag sovit få timmar tog jag en kort promenad påpälsad med regnkappa och ett stort paraply!
När jag kom hem var det dags för frukost! Dagens viktigaste mål i alla tider. Skönt att få äta i lugn och ro utan någon stress.
Stor kopp kaffe, nybakade frallor med marmelad och en skål med fil med lite müsli, cashewnötter och pumpafrön!
Tog faktiskt inget insulin till detta då promenaden gjorde sitt!
