Jag hade bokat en frisörtid för ca 4 veckor sedan. Men när jag steg in och jag fick snabbt kliva ut genom entrén igen. Det var för det var för liten utväxt för att ens göra något och fick rekommendationen att vänta några veckor. Suck. Men, det som gjorde mig glad dr och då var hur genuint trevliga de var och hur de faktiskt bryr sig om mitt hår!
Nuhar det äntligen gått några veckor och jag var mer än redo att få håret fixat! Så himla härligt. Beställde in en espresso och njöt några timmar av att bli snygg igen.
På väg hem regnade det och fick snabbt skynda mig in under tak! Nu ikväll är det middag på agendan och lite småjobb från soffan. Känns helt underbart!
I was invited to hear about research on type 1 diabetes (and type 2 diabetes) this weekend.
As much as half of all cases, t1, are diagnosed in adulthood, and there is a need to understand the factors that contribute to the development of type 1 diabetes in adults. The lower heritability in adults suggests that environmental factors play a greater role in the development of the disease in adults than in children. They also highlighted the need for further research to identify environmental factors that contribute to type 1 diabetes in adults.
And, of course, lots of important information on how to make transplanted beta cells survive 💙...
