It’s finally Friday!!! And I just got the first draft of what will be the first episode on my YouTube channel (omg). I’m so nervous but very excited 🌟 Today I’m gonna work all day, going to visit my psychologist, and then prepare for tomorrow’s photoshoot 🌸 A really wonderful Friday in other words! (Except that it is pouring rain outside...)
Mindset 2021 - Continue to be this blonde hair girl who loves to bake gluten-free bread and to be this positive t1d who always will try to laugh and to see the good in life despite a lots of coffee and supplies everywhere 💕 #t1dlookslikeme
To be honest with you, this week haven’t been the best one. I’ve felt so confusing, low energy, and I’ve felt unmotivated. What bothers me is that I have a hard time accepting it and allowing myself that it may be like this sometimes (life, right?) and that isn’t strange that I actually felt tired. Everything can’t be 110% all the time and I don’t have to be on top 24/7. Recovery and rest are at least as important! Don’t forget yourself (also a reminder to myself!) ❤️

This Sunday was absolutely amazing with my family at this gorgeous castle! 🏰 🌟
Creating a balance in general as a t1d can be tricky, but it’s not impossible. When it comes to food and diet I will never say no to food I like and enjoy.

It is possible to find a balance between healthy food and treats. A balance between all the nutritions will give you needed energy, improved mood, stable blood sugar and a little bit better relationship with yourself.

Finding a balance that works for you is important and necessary to live a fulfilling life, together with your diabetes 💕And no, potatoes isn’t dangerous ☺️
