Hur har ni haft idag? En regnig måndag! Men så bra eller så givande för min del. Efter en dag med massa jobb (såklart, vad annars) anslöt jag med ett gäng på kina-restaurangen och där babblades det om Avicii och drivet som får människor att till slut kollapsa, hur man som person behöver vissa typer av kickar för att inte hamna i någon form av monoton vardag. Herregud alltså. Bra måndag men oj, hur ska jag göra nu med min ganska så oinspirerande vardag?

Nåväl, som ni ser ångrar jag köpet av ketchup med stevia. Skulle behöva en sockerberikad ketchup just nu haha! Tur att jag har ett gäng potäter på tallriken som kan stabilisera blodsockret!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
