Söndagshäng

Denna söndag har varit allt annat än söndagskänsla. Jag vaknade tidigt idag då det blev en lugn hemmakväll igår (så skönt) och solen lyste in i lägenheten! 

Det var faktiskt riktigt kallt ute trots sol. Smakade otroligt bra med en kopp kaffe och frukost efter den kyliga promenaden.
Cappuccino och mitt nya begär – chiapudding!
Har jobbat och fått hjälp av min älskade Erik!

Vi har ätit kakor och tittat på inspirerande youtube klipp och pratat business. 

Nu har jag precis ätit middag och ska fortsätta söndagskvällen med jobb. Jag är så exalterad så det känns inte som jobb. 

I morgon väntat ny och härlig vecka och i morgon kväll är det möte med barndiabetesfonden!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
