Godmorgon söndag!

Jag har verkligen haft det väldigt bra i Norrköping och just nu sitter jag och dricker min kopp kaffe och äter frukost. Så mysigt. Gårdagen blev intensiv och tiden bara flög iväg. Jag skulle egentligen följa med mina vänner ut men tyvärr så däckade jag i soffan innan klockan var 21. Herregud.

Haha men – jag vaknade i alla fall inte bakis och trött idag 😉

Nu fortsätter morgonmyset med mamma!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
