Södermalm

Jag har haft en så himla härlig helg och nu har jag precis kommit hem från en lång promenad runt Södermalm. Vi gick till Zinkensdamm och gick upp på skinnskatteberget och sedan till mariaberget. Oh herregud vad Stockholm är vackert. Har ni inte varit där måste ni dit. Man ser hela Stockholm! 

En härlig promenad hemåt sen med ett litet stopp på en av båtarna som ligger vid söder Mälarstrand för en kaffe. När jag skulle säga vad jag gjort i helgen fick jag hjärnsläpp. Var tvungen att titta bland alla bilder för att minnas (dåligt tecken?) och jag hoppas det innebär att jag har haft en helg fullt av aktiviteter haha! 

Ska se en film om Steve Jobs nu och dricka te!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
