Rödbetsjuice

Det är fredag och jag har varit igång i några timmar (redan!). Det är en fullspäckad dag med möten som kommer bet av varandra. Lite osäker hur jag ska få in någon form av lunch med det måste lösa sig.

Jag är verkligen en periodare när det kommer till mat och dryck. Hade en period då jag bara drack rödbetsjuice men sen glömdes det bort och igår när jag var och handlade fick jag syn på denna himmelska dryck och kände ett enormt sug!

Dricker det enbart för att det är gott (och för att jag ”hört” att det är bra för mina njurar). Inget hälsotänk mer än så!

Det är fredag och det är skönt. Ser fram emot kvällens middag med mina internationella vänner (Kim och Lexie). Det ser ut som det blir pizza på mitt favvoställe!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
