Nike

Har precis kommit hem från en vad jag trodde skulle bli en härlig kvällspromenad. Efter en stund öppnade sig himlen och jag fick ta stora kliv (läs springa) hem för att inte bli dygnblöt. 

Hann i alla fall testa mina nya skor! Rosa och fina! 

Helgen i stort förutom regnet får två tummar upp! Jag är så glad att helgen har varit så bra och det känns skönt att det nu faktiskt regnar. Det är mysigt och det blir en ganska nice lugn känsla inombords. 

Nu ska jag se till att få i mig lite mat och mysa på resterande av timmarna som är kvar av helgen

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
