När röran får fler smaker

Nu kanske ni tror att jag blivit galen som helt plötsligt skapat ett helt nytt liv här inne. Men jag har så mycket mer energi på dagarna (läs: mer utrymme för min kreativitet) och är mer effektiv. En kvinna kan göra fler saker samtidigt, punkt slut.

Röran som jag visade er som jag gjorde till mina sötpotatisar går att äta precis som den är med sked från kylen när hungern kommer på stört eller när blodsockret dippar. Passar även utmärkt att ha som pålägg på mackan vid 15-tiden när suget kommer igen.

ps, röran är inte laktosfri (fetaosten) utan denna mack-mellis åt jag innan jag fick besked om att det kanske är laktos jag inte tål ds.

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
