När det inte blir som man tror

Jag vet inte hur denna vecka har varit men min hjärna har inte varit på plats. Igår var jag inställd på att göra om mina naglar men sen får jag ett sms (bokadirekt) att jag hade tid i morgon (idag alltså). Schemat ändrades om och jag har lunkat på här hemma i tron om att det har varit fredag… tills jag får ett sms om frågan om jag inte kommer in på mötet. Pinsamt.
In snabbt som ögat på online mötet för att sedan behöva springa till salongen för naglarna.
Har landat lite och precis sett på första utkastet av avsnittet som SKA släppas snart! Fasiken vad kul!

i morgon är det i alla fall fredag och det kommer bli en lugn sådan med jobb och psykolog. För på lördag blir det troligtvis en fotografering!

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
