Morsdag

Godmorgon! Det är morsdag denna soliga söndag och har du, som jag, inte riktigt hunnit planerat in något speciellt till din mamma, eller dig själv? Ja, då är fasiken detta något helt fantastiskt. Ett morsdag kort! Barndiabetesfonden har nu lanserat digitalt gåvokort och vet ni vad? Jag skickade precis ett kort till min fantastiskt och stöttande mamma!

Mina föräldrar är faktiskt på väg i detta nu upp till Stockholm med släp, haha. Det är en lite leverans av bor och stolar till min brorsa och några krukor till mig… jag har så mycket växter att det nästan börjar bli sjukt. Men! Vi har även bokat en sen lunch på Glashuset som ligger på strandvägen också för att lyxa till det lite för mamma och sen för att de är i Stockholm!

Det ska bli så härligt! Och vädret! Herregud, välkommen sommar!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
