Det var en fröjd att vakna upp i morse och inse att jag faktiskt har sovit hela natten, så otroligt tungt och skönt!
Härligt.
Var nere en sväng på gymmet i morse. Det är något med hotellgym som har någon charm. Nåväl, Vi har precis ätit frukost på hotellet och det blev lite smått och gott av allt möjligt. Även glutenfritt bröd fick jag till som var så gott!
Bra start på den här dagen! Vid halv 1 drar eventet igång och det kommer bli en fullspäckad dag. Men så otroligt kul.

New Year’s used to be a time for promises – to train more, eat less, and ‘be better.’ At the same time, I was doing everything I could to keep my blood sugar in range, constantly battling the impossible combination of an eating disorder and type 1 diabetes. It was devastating.
At my worst, I was hospitalized to free myself from my eating disorder. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but also the most important.
Today, I train because I love my body – not because I hate it. I train to feel strong. I’ve also managed to sustain a great A1C, proving that balance and recovery are possible.
Eating disorders are a real and serious issue, but it is possible to break free. It’s possible to become strong, to find balance, and to truly live again.
There is a mini-you inside, full of dreams and hopes! Don’t let diabetes take that away from you ❤️
