Godmorgon solstrålar!

Det är lördag idag och jag vaknade med en sprängande huvudvärk.. Så, jag låg kvar i sängen ett tag innan mitt blodsocker blev alldeles för lågt och kaffesuget blev för stort för att bortse från. En balja kaffe tillsammans med mitt egenbakade bröd (!!!) och en skål med yoghurt. Huvudvärken är nästan borta och jag tror det kommer släppa inom kort. Eller jag hoppas det för idag ska jag till Hammarby där det hålls ett familje-event för diabetiker! Hur kul? Det är från 14-17 och det ska bli så roligt. Ingen aning riktigt vad som kommer att hända men jag är helt säker på att det kommer bli några härliga timmar tillsammans med nya diabetes-vänner!

Nu ska jag för en gångs skull lägga på lite smink, varit utan i drygt 2 veckor (så skönt) och bege mig mot stan!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
