Läkarbesök

Idag jobbar jag hemifrån då jag ska på besök hos Ersta. Jag kan tycka det är skönt att jobba hemifrån men blir liksom aldrig lugnt hemma. Eller där har jag nog en delad mening. Skönt men ändå inte. Nåväl, dagens schema är läkarbesök och ett efterlängtat frisörbesök hos Serenity! Ska bli skönt att få en liten uppfräschning nu när jag ska på fest i helgen, Berlin söndag och veckan efter Schweiz! 

Haha måste ha en frilla som duger 😉

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
