Karolinska

Sådär. Då var jag klar med dagens första ”to-do”. Det var 2016 som jag var häromsistens och minns det som igår. Jag virrade bort mig, blev försenad, fick hjälp av en snäll pensionär och var helt uppstressad. Denna gång hittade jag rätt och kom i tid! 

Jag var alltså på mitt årliga besök (fast det var två PR senast) hos njurmedicin på karolinska. Jag har alltså cystor på mina njurar som man ska ha extra koll på. Så inget farligt, just nu i alla fall! 

Allt såg bra ut och ska i höst leva med en blodtrycksmätare i 24 timmar. Bara för att veta att jag har bra blodtryck ett helt dygn. Värre än så är det inte! 

Nu ska jag tillbaka till jobbet och göra den hör soliga fredag en bra sådan!

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
