Kalibrering och blommor

Godmorgon hjärtan! 

Ny vecka och jag blev så glad när jag vaknade i morse att jag hade färska blommor hemma. Det lyfter allt, till en helt ny nivå. Både hemmet och känslan.  

Idag efter jobbet ska jag förbi Ersta för att träffa både min fantastiska dietist och min diabetessköterska. Vet inte riktigt om jag har så mycket att diskutera men skönt med en avstämning om hur allt går samt kanske några bra tips från min dietist. Det uppskattar jag alltid! 

Hoppas ni får en bra start på måndagen!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

AMRAP
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
