Jordgubbar och chevre

Kexen är köpa från soliga Los Angeles. Jordgubbarna är från affären runt hörnet. Som jag har längtat och suktat efter denna fredag. Jag njuter av att det är fredagskväll med mig själv. Har längtat hela veckan tror jag. Bestämde mig tidigt för att lägga fokus på annat. 

Jag mår bra. 

Hur mår ni? På en uteservering i solen kanske? 

I morgon blir det andra bullar men ikväll ska jag bara vara själv. Helt fantastiskt om ni frågar mig!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
