Popcorn, jordgubbar och blåbär! Så gott!

Okej hörni! Jag har en agenda som är bokad varje minut idag. Sitter på tunnelbanan nu efter en helt magisk eftermiddag på kontoret No. 18 på Stureplan! Så himla fina lokaler och härligt gäng som sitter dör att jag knappt ville gå därifrån! På väg mot ett styrelsemöte som börjar 7 och sen därifrån träffa upp en kompis! Jösses. Bytte till och med min sensor på tunnelbanan för det fanns ingen tid…

Nä nu har jag inte många minuter kvar! Vi hörs!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
