Hanö

Idag tog vi en tripp till Hanö. En ö ca 25 minuter från Hällevik (där vi bor) som gick till en super trevlig ö. Vädret har varit sådär men det gjorde inte så mycket att det regnade om vartannat. Till lunch hade vi bokat plats på Direktören som är en känd fiskrestaurang och för min del blev en Ceasarsallad med de godaste tigerräkorna jag någonsin ätit med glutenfritt bröd. Jag tänker att bilderna får tala för sig själv.

Jag njuter av att jag har semester nu!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
