Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en skål. Rör sedan ner filmjölken, agavesirapen och det rivna äpplet och rör ihop till en jämn smet.
Häll smeten i en oljad brödform (jag tog en vanlig avlång form). Strö på solroskärnor och ställ in i ugnen. Obs, dra ner temperaturen till 175 grader på en gång och grädda brödet i ca 1 timme eller tills brödet är genomgräddat. Jag testade med en potatissticka och mitt blev klart efter precis 1 timma.

New Year’s used to be a time for promises – to train more, eat less, and ‘be better.’ At the same time, I was doing everything I could to keep my blood sugar in range, constantly battling the impossible combination of an eating disorder and type 1 diabetes. It was devastating.
At my worst, I was hospitalized to free myself from my eating disorder. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but also the most important.
Today, I train because I love my body – not because I hate it. I train to feel strong. I’ve also managed to sustain a great A1C, proving that balance and recovery are possible.
Eating disorders are a real and serious issue, but it is possible to break free. It’s possible to become strong, to find balance, and to truly live again.
There is a mini-you inside, full of dreams and hopes! Don’t let diabetes take that away from you ❤️
