Glutenfritt bröd med mandelmjöl

När jag fick min diagnos Celiaki stängdes en dörr, jag kunde inte längre äta mitt goda frukostbröd, men en annan dörr öppnades. Jag fick ett stort intresse för att baka eget bröd som inte saknar smak, inte blir torrt som fnöske och som jag faktiskt jag äta utan att få ett blodsocker som blir som en berg och dalbana.

When I was diagnosed with Celiaki one door closed, I could no longer eat my good breakfast bread, but another door opened. I get a huge interest in baking my own bread that does not have any taste, does not get dry as a firewood, and a bread I actually can eat without getting a blood sugar that becomes like a roller coaster.

För att kunna baka glutenfritt (speciellt bröd) behöver man tillsätta Psyllium. Detta är för att det binder väska, ger bättre konsistens, smular mindre och ger brödet volym. Hej hopp vad bra!

Detta bröd är gjort på mandelmjöl och innehåller inte allt för mycket kolisar som gör att blodsockret blir som hej kom o hjälp, vilket är sjukt bra också!

To be able to bake gluten-free (especially bread) you need to add Psyllium. This is because it binds the fluid, gives better texture, crumbs less and gives the bread volume. Omg, it is amazing

This bread is made on almond flour and does not contain too many carbs which makes the blood sugar not become like yeah you get me!, which is damn good too!

Ingredienser // Ingrediens :

2 dl mandelmjöl // 2 cups almond flour
2 dl bovetemjöl // 2 cups buckwheat flour
1 msk Ekologisk Psyllium //1 tbsp Psyllium
1 dl solroskärnor // 1 cup sunflower seed
1/2 dl pumpakärnor // 1/2 cup pumkin seed
salt // salt
2 tsk kanel // 2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsk brödkryddor // 1 tsp bread spices
2 ägg // 2 eggs
1 1/2 dl valfri mjölk (jag tog soya) // 1 1/2 cup milk (I used soya)
2 dl finrivna morötter // 2 cups finely grated carrots
Sesamfrön att toppa med // Sesame seeds to top with

Gör så här // Do like this:

Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en skål. Häll ner äggen, mjölken och morötterna och blanda väl. Strö på sesamfrön och grädda i ca 50 min.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour the eggs, milk and carrots and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 50 minutes.

    I made it clear that during wall walks, not only my hands but also my nails had to stay inside the line. Gotta keep the standards consistent, right?

AMRAP
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
