Glutenfritt Bönbröd

Ingredienser:

1 burk kidneybönor
1 1/2 msk fiberhusk
1 msk rismjöl
3 st chiaägg
salt
2 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk brödkryddor
Frön till topping

Gör så här:

1 chiaägg: 1 msk chiafrön + 3 msk vatten.

Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.
Blanda ihop chiaäggen och låt stå i ca 10 min (för att fröna ska svälla).
Skölj bönorna och mixa sedan ihop alla ingredienser.
Forma 6 stycken bullar och lägg de på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. Toppa eventuellt med valfria frön.
Låt frallorna gräddas i 25-30 minuter. Låt svalna!

Ingridients:

1 can of kidney beans (350 grams)
1 1/2 tablespoons fiber casing
1 tablespoon rice flour
3 chia eggs
salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon bread spices
Seeds for topping

How To Do:

1 chia egg: 1 tablespoon chia seeds + 3 tablespoons water.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the chia eggs together and leave for about 10 minutes (for the seeds to swell).
Rinse the beans and then mix together all the ingredients.
Make 6 pieces of buns and place them on a tray with baking sheet paper. Top with optional seeds.
Let the breads be in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Let them cool before serving!
