Measure all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for at least 1 hour.

Steg 2/Step 2

10 gram (1 msk) fiberhusk / 1 tsbp Husk

1 msk bakpulver / 1 tsbp baking soda

Värm ugnen till 225 grader.

Forma 7-8 bullar med fuktiga händer och placera ut på en bakplåtsklädd plåt.

Grädda i ca 30-35 minuter beroende på ugn tills de fått en lätt gyllenbrun färg. Öppna ugnen några gånger under tiden bullarna gräddas.

Låt sedan brödet svalna helt innan du skär i det.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees.

Mix all the dry ingredients separately in step 2. Sift the dry ingredients in the seed and water mixture from step 1. Mix well. Then let the batter so and swell for about 15 minutes.

Shaping 7-8 buns with wet hands and place on a plate sheet cover baking tray.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes depending on the oven until they have a light golden brown color. Open the oven several times until the buns are baked.

Then let the bread cool completely before cutting into it.

Do I really have to live with this for the rest of my life? When I went for a run this morning, my sensor alerted

Low blood sugar

It usually doesn`t affect me, because I know my body and I know my diabetes.

But out of nowhere came the thought "Should it be like this for the rest of my life".

Should I always have to hear the alarms that come from time to time, should I always have to think about what I eat, should I always have to walk around with sugar in my purse

Today, I`m tired of this. I`m fine, just thought that I would share this with you ❤️

Focus 🥂 ...

I want to talk about something that might give some perspective.

The only thing we know is what is in front of us right now. That is why it is so important to never take our time for granted and to focus on life here and now.

And also remind ourself what a blessing it is to actually live and wake up to a new day 💕

Don`t let your diabetes become something that creates problems or obstacles that limit your life. There is so much beauty in life! I know it’s not easy everyday but just a loving reminder 💕🤍💙
