En morgon i Santa Monica

Godmorgon från LA! Klockan är nu 8 på morgonen och jag har precis tagit en dusch efter en tur förbi Santa Monica College, där jag studerade bland annat. Så många känslor som dyker upp, vilket jag inte riktigt trodde. Mest är det härliga minnen och minnen som jag idag kan skratta åt. Det är ju härligt! 

Det var kallt i morse och det känns att det inte riktigt är sommar här än. Nu är solen framme och det är betydligt varmare än när jag var ute! Nu ska jag ta ett besök förbi frukosten som serveras här. Idag ska jag till Venice, njuta, förbereda mig för morgondagen (=måste ha wifi) och ja, suga in allt vad Santa Monica har att erbjuda då jag i morgon kommer åka in till Beverly Hills!

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
