Det går undan

Sådär. Stressens mamma tog över och jag packade ihop på rekord! Kom hem, packade och fick ut igen från lägenheten på ca 3 minuter. Bestämde mig att åka hem en sväng till Norrköping enbart för att jag inte kände att spendera kvällen själv. Ja, ni hör ju hur det låter haha. Sällskapssjuk är jag minsann allt. 

Troligtvis åker jag tillbaka till Stockholm i morgon. Oavsett ska det bli skönt att få miljöombyte. 

Nu i en timma har jag kämpat med SJ nätet för att göra en inbjudan tillsammans med BD i Berlin som vi ska hålla den 22 februari. Det är om injektionsteknik och det ska bli så jäkla roligt! 

Är framme vid 19.30 så ska kämpa på lite mer här nu medan nätet verkar fungera igen…

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
