Bröd med oliver

Ingredienser:


3 ägg
1/2 dl Mandelmjöl
1/2 dl Kokosmjöl
1 msk Fiberhusk
1 tsk Bakpulver
Salt
Oliver – valfri mängd (jag använde kalamata oliver utan kärnor)


Gör så här:


Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. 
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser i en bunke väl. Låt smeten stå i ca 5-10 minuter. 
Tillsätt sedan oliverna och bred ut smeten på en bakplåtsklädd plåt och toppa gärna med lite extra oliver. 
Grädda brödet i ca 10-12 minuter.

Låt brödet svalna innan du skär upp det i valfri storlek!

Brödet passer bra till en buffe eller som mellanmål.
