Bilder från midsommar

Nu har jag samlat några fler bilder från min midsommarhelg på Västkusten, Fiskebäckskil. Är så himla glad över helgen och att det blev så himla bra! Tänk att kombinationen av nya vänner, vänner jag känt sedan 11 år tillbaka och vänner där emellan kunde bli så lyckat! Åh, som ni kan se från bilderna njöt vi av varenda sekund. Det togs massa soliga bilder, vi åt super-god mat, skrattade och dansade runt stång! Jo just ja, snapsvisor sjöngs det med och jag bidrog med några godingar!

Nu är det dags att slå på någon film eller serie. Jag är helt slut efter idag! I morgon väntar massa jobb, en intervju och ett möte med Lindroos.

It was brutal 🩶 but the hype made it all worth!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
